User Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your Virendra Silk House account and all personal data linked to it at any time, including data received when you sign in with Google or Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to vsh50333@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send it from (or mention) the email address you use to sign in on our website.
- We confirm your request and delete your data within 7 working days, then reply to let you know.
What we delete
- Your account, name, phone number and saved addresses
- Your cart and product reviews
- Order records, except details we must keep by law for tax and accounting
